Jonathan is a 30-year veteran of the CDMO industry with a deep and tenured understanding of the Lifescience Services sector. For over a decade he served as a key member in the leadership team at Catalent Pharma Solutions, retiring in September 2023 with his last two leadership positions being those of Chief Commercial Officer and Divisional President. Prior to Catalent, he also spent over 10 years with Patheon (now part of Thermo Fisher Scientific) with increasing levels of responsibility across commercial and supply chain positions, most latterly serving as VP Global Supply Chain and ultimately as Chief Procurement Officer.

During this career, Jonathan has lived and worked internationally with extensive periods of time spent in the UK, Italy, Switzerland and the US, during which he has developed broad and deep connections across the Pharma and Biotech sectors. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural, Biochemistry and Nutrition from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, U.K.

Jonathan also currently serves on the board of Advancion Sciences and is an advisor to number of different Private Equity firms through his own consulting firm Bluefin Pharma Consulting GmbH.
