Chris is an accomplished leader bringing nearly three decades of Army experience focused on Protection, CBRN Defense, and CWMD challenges. Communications skills supporting establishing relationships and engagement across Federal, State, and Local Governments along with international and industry partners were honed through assignments supporting a broad set of global missions. Successes achieved during his time providing oversight to a defense-wide Research Development Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) program highlight a thorough understanding of various government systems and processes influencing successful product development and customer requirements.
